Reading earns nothing. Watching earns nothing. Answering questions earns XP. That means your XP is an honest record of knowledge you have demonstrated, and the only way to "farm" points is to actually study. The game and the preparation are the same thing.
How you earn
The daily quiz pays three ways, added together on every submit:
Complete the day's quiz. Consistency is rewarded before brilliance.
The bulk of your XP. 12 correct answers = 48 XP before bonuses.
+3% per streak day, up to +90%. Veterans earn nearly double for the same quiz.
Example: Anjali, 6-day streak, scores 11/15
10 played + (11 × 4) correct = 54 → 54 × 1.18 streak bonus = 64 XP

New questions release through the day as news breaks. Coming back in the evening grows the same quiz's score, and your XP grows with it.
The streak: your most valuable asset
Play the daily quiz on its day and your streak grows. The longer it runs, the more every quiz pays:
Life happens? You get a catch-up window.

Current affairs is a volume game that punishes last-month crammers. Fifteen questions a day, every day, is how toppers actually retain a year of news. The streak makes the science of spaced practice feel like a game.
XP can't be bought or faked, it only comes from answered questions. Your level is proof of work done, and your rank shows where you truly stand among aspirants preparing for the same exams.
